      Pros

      Most co-workers are friendly and talented.

      Cons

      Management mixed up deadlines, creeping scope, ignoring the complainants/concerns of employees. No overtime compensation, working an 80 weeks means nothing to them and they expect it. Poor communication and massive communication delays. Low compensation and moral(when I left). Not enough people to fill all the jobs needed.

      - Co-workers were nice, competent, and helpful - Management was helpful and to the point - I could live close-by, and the company helped me with relocation. - Took employee's thoughts on company seriously - Good Benefits

      - Some scale issues with projects - Very quick, large scale changes were tough to keep up with

      Pros

      Cool projects. Mostly good intentions from the company. Family driven people.

      Cons

      Top leadership isn't solid. Misdirection with company goals and objectives. Too many projects taken on without an emphasis on the end-client quality. Poor leadership/direction will put you in a hard place, but you'll be blamed for the shortcoming. Oh and the open office is horrendously loud. Not a great work environment for focused work.
