Awful environment!!! Run far away from this place. Management from the top down is useless. They think leading should be done through intimidation and fear. You will be micromanaged to the point that you will feel as though you are constantly being watched. The commission plan sucks, and is basically built to give most of your money back to the company. I can't stress enough what a horrible place this is to work. Unfortunately, that is the sentiment of the majority of employees.
