Bad management - Anonymous employee MooreCo Employee Review

Management has no idea how to lead a company. Decisions are made “from the hip” and there is little strategy or vision. I don’t know what else to say other than they just have no business being responsible for people’s livelihood. I’ve seen many people fired or laid off based on their bad decisions and lack of business understanding.
