    Really fun workplace environment. Get to travel and spend time outdoors. Great perks. Open door policy. Honest people to work with/for

    I worked at Moosejaw full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -Pro Deals -Two Week Immersion training, but they do not send everybody -You can bring your dog to the office -You will get a signing bonus for your first year, but you have to pay it back if you leave before that time. It's great for moving, but keep it in your bank account until you hit a year incase you want to leave before hand.

    Cons

    -You are forced ranked against each other with them forcing out a certain percentage each year. It's completely subjective. You can have the highest statistics and they can still give you whatever they feel like. The CEO said that none of the reviews should be a surprise even though everyone who didn't get meeting expectations was completely surprised. They will rank you in January and then use February to justify the...

    Advice to Management

    If there is a mass exit on one team and multiple people willing to pay a 5 figure signing bonus to get off the team there is clearly a problem. When you put in your two weeks management will ask you not to say anything to the team until they decide "how they are going to spin it," or they talk to you about "think about how much money you can make." Stop trying to save a manager whose been there since prior to the acquisition...
