      Pros

      The people are great good atmosphere. Very family like. Everyone knows everyone but this can also be a bad thing. Its the buddy system.

      Cons

      Management sucks they don't give out your reviews on time even when you remind them a million times. Its the buddy system everyone looks out for their friends even if they aren't qualified.
