I have been working at Morgan McKinley full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Good training when first begin
    - Really nice atmosphere
    - The company is an open book, you know how they are doing financially and how you compare to your peers in terms of sales
    - Support offered if you are not meeting targets
    - The managing directors are very understanding if you have personal matters to attend to
    - It is not your typical recruitment agency, it is small approx 25 people in the Sydney office
    - You are not measured on # of phone calls and minutes,

    Cons

    - Hours are really long. Formally, it is 8:30- 6 :00 PM, but the majority of people work 8:00 AM- after 6 and eat lunch at their desks.
    - The new database is really poor
    - The base pay is not the greatest and it is not easy to get a raise.

I have been working at Morgan McKinley full-time

    Pros

-Excellent working culture, mature working environment (however still plenty of banter), collaborative team
-You are given responsibility to drive your own desk and do what works for you in order for you to be successful
-Candidate focussed and initiates to drive this. Consultants truly are service focussed
-High achieving office, excellent client portfolio, Asia Pacific’s biggest billing consultants.

    Cons

-Can be unstructured - you need to plan your day / week and be self-motivated (which can also be a pro!)
-No espresso machine (being looked into)
