    Morgan Sindall is going through a number of changes including the implementation of full level BIM level 2. This requires changes not only to software, but also processes, thinking, procedures, etc. Like many large construction firms in the UK, progress is being hampered by traditional thinking approaches. However, the company is blessed with progressive thinking leaders whose efforts are beginning to manifest in... the organisation's resilience.
