Approves of CEO

Pros

its a globally reputed company. It gives you a good chance of progressing into other careers. It teaches you to prepare for the unseen.

Cons

The timings are horrible at a junior level. The staff is very materialistic and you tend to lose your ethical side at such places.

Advice to Management

Hire more people maybe. Its not all about who has a patek philipe or who owns a bentley. Be more human.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Make your own schedule, no micro managing, they give you a senior advisor coach that can be helpful depending on who you get assigned, good for your resume.

    Cons

Lack of transparency with management, long hours for most people, you have to know people with money and be able to bring in 6 million pretty much right away for a realistic shot. Huge numbers you have to hit that ramp up quickly.

    Advice to Management

Tell people exactly how the job will be during the interview process. Don't tell people they are guaranteed 18 months of production time, then let them go after 4 months!! I lasted 10 months but many others were gone within 3-4 months.
