    Management has open door policy
Fair compensation, although closely tied to market performance

Most position offer a balance between work and personal life

    Cons

Too much reliance on off shore
Very strong silo structure, typical for large companies
    Minimal information sharing across teams
Often need a push from senior managers to get others to committ
Need to improve overall competency of technology staff

    Advice to Management

MSSB is a joint venture. The company is still in transition and very hard searching for its identity. The management team is doing a good job of moving the company through this transition. There are many thing that will be address in the future, but for now it is hard to ask for anything more.
