I worked at Morgan Stanley full-time

Pros

They offered great schedules, and gave an opportunity for everyone to get their foot in the door. Overtime opportunities were always available. Everyone had the opportunity to move up to being a broker downstairs.

Cons

Team Leaders seemed instructed to find something wrong with any call they monitored. People who had supervisory experience and came from other companies were being "graded" by people with little to no industry experience.
