I worked at Morgan Stanley full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive environment that fostered a community approach. It also felt like they were working hard to bring firm into the new millennium by introducing advanced technology.

    Cons

terrible training and unrealistic sales expectations - unless you have a built in clientele or you wind up in a partnership, the chance of succeeding as a financial advisor becomes difficult.

    Advice to Management

the training program should be seriously revamped if you expect to cultivate the next era of financial advisors.
