    Approves of CEO

    Pros

I haven't met anyone who wasn't helpful and friendly--I can't say that about everywhere.
The training is good and ongoing. Lots of support from the managers.

    Cons

We need more space the office is a little crowded. Too many meetings! The technology integration is hard to deal with at times because of the merger between Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule
    Great Networking Opportunities

    Cons

    Mgmt. is incompetent
    No training program(its a joke)
The Financial Advisor program is setting you up for failure
Company wants your family and friends' assets and then want to fire you soon after
Very political in the office (favortism is shown bluntly)

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the new hires and less attention to the sharks in the office. If you want new assets, then you should train the new hires to bring them in. We all know the old veterans are sitting on their book.
