      Pros

      Innovative Technology Small company with flat hierarchy good benefits Team Spirit well developed and encouraged Met many competent, bright and nice people

      Cons

      Difficult to succeed and develop a career "Old", established employees are treated well but young scientists are often just employed for project duration and have no chance of development Sometimes chaotic lab processes (this might have improved)

      So much career development, cross functional projects and flexible work schedule. I worked with incredible people who taught me so much about the industry. The benefits were fantastic.

      Company was acquired by a large pharmaceutical company.
