I feel Morrison communicates there values and what can be expected from them. I feel communication is key to everything and Morrison does an excellent job with communication.
Cons
As a retail manager some of the things that are ask of us are too much. I don't think some folks from senior management or just some of the marketing people understand that we are trying to run accounts with very little FTE's and trying to make money while also keeping guest happy. We do not have time to get all the things done they are asking for such as case studies and refreshes. I understand it is important, but it is very hard to complete everything and run a business and also not work 70 hours a week. Family is a big deal with Morrison, but it is hard to be with your family when so much is expected from you.

PTO. Assuming you could take it without “side eye”
Cons
Zero employee appreciation. Paying out of pocket for food service workers week because I was told our budget was “$0” Including management appreciation, there was none. Not even a Christmas card. Working day after day short staffed and budget cuts make for a very unhappy environment. Fighting for months to have employees paid a livable wage only to be shut down time after time. Upper management is unethical and simply looks the other way when serious offenses occur. It truly does not matter what sacrifices you make over the years for the betterment of your team. At the end of the day we are all just dots with a dollar sign. After working straight through Covid with Zero appreciation and realizing the post Covid work situation was way worse. Morrison better really look into those robots because their actions have only shown the fall of healthcare food service.
