they have really good benefits and insurance and are all over the USA so they can help in relocation.
Cons
morrison 'expectation' is a 10 hour work day. make sure you account for that in your salary because I was blind-sided. hard to move up within the firm, mainly goes off seniority.

Pros
Union. Job security. Busy, steady work. Not labor intensive if you work in any of the offices. Keep your head down, show up, get out, you'll be fine and get the pay you need to survive.
Cons
Management is almost non-existent, they're only here to look good to higher-ups, otherwise, that door stays closed 24/7 while you can hear them laughing and eating lunch. Bitter old women that are living in these cubicles and throw hissy fits any time they don't get their way. Whole office has this reputation, didn't know that before I was hired in.
