    They manage reputable brands that have been prestigious in St. Paul for years. This name recognition can help when moving on to other hospitality companies.

    Cons

    The restaurants, hotels, and their management ideals are outdated. They get upset when new restaurants in up-and-coming neighborhoods are stealing their business but do nothing to change or improve. Splurging on a meal, hotel room, or service in the hospitality industry is no longer desirable and customers regularly complain about over-paying. As an employee, trying to meet quotas can be incredibly challenging when the services are not keeping up with the industry.
