I worked at Motul full-time for more than a year

    Pros

[This review concerns Russia business unit only] 1. Awesome people, friendly atmosphere 2. Your personal impact on the business processes and projects (due to the size of a company and openness to new ideas) 3. Great oportunities for professional and personal development 4. Management

    Cons

    1. Salary might not be very attractive 2. Workload for some positions (feels like staff shortage) 3. Interaction with HQ

    Advice to Management

    1. Headquarter (France) has to be more BU-oriented and flexible. 2. Hire people if needed.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Motul full-time

    Pros

Staff employees are nice and friendly but only if you are part of the crew. Otherwise you are just a number

    Cons

One of the unorganized places to work! Nepotism runs this place. Supervisors don’t do their job then blames it on employees when something happens. Because of the lack of leadership, capable employees are saddled with more work and burnt out with no rewards and opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to Management

High levels of turnover among employees are usually signs of incompetent managers. Employees usually do not want to hang around a company where nobody is in charge or one with limited career advancement prospects.
