    I worked at Motul full-time

    Pros

Staff employees are nice and friendly but only if you are part of the crew. Otherwise you are just a number

    Cons

One of the unorganized places to work! Nepotism runs this place. Supervisors don’t do their job then blames it on employees when something happens. Because of the lack of leadership, capable employees are saddled with more work and burnt out with no rewards and opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to Management

High levels of turnover among employees are usually signs of incompetent managers. Employees usually do not want to hang around a company where nobody is in charge or one with limited career advancement prospects.

Former Employee - Graphic Design and Production Associate in Cypress, CA

I worked at Motul full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It was a pleasure working alongside with some very passionate co-workers. People were the ones that created a good working environment and community to be in. Everyone got along very well and the departments worked with each other to get the job done. There were some great managers that made work a lot more enjoyable.

    Cons

Teamwork is visible between the departments, however; it is not prevalent within marketing department itself. Poor management skills contributed to challenges and struggles with getting the projects done properly. Genuine acknowledgement of your work is hardly seen.

    Advice to Management

Give a complete training of the position to the employee when they first step in to the job. Trainings given half a year or a year later makes reduces productivity and advancement of the individual in the company. Give managers who lack management skills/respect more attention and training in order to create a good working environment and teamwork.
