Pros

-Amazing benefits package
-Moxie's completed work portfolio is really impressive
-Extremely strong, talented employees from top to bottom
-Laid back environment
-Great 'Agency' Perks (i.e. dog-friendly environment, free lunches, free beer)
-Open Door policy throughout the Agency
-Employees are encouraged to voice their opinions and take ownership of their work

Cons

-There is a lot of change management underway, but it is all in an effort to build upon the strong talent pool that currently works at Moxie.

Advice to Management

My main advice to management would be to encourage a more team-work environment within departments as well as across departments. Not to sound too corporate, but more "team-building" events would go a long way in employee satisfaction. Also, more specific career conversations should be conducted throughout the year so employees can see where their potential can bring them in the organization.

    Pros

    No dress code
    Wonderful benefits and compensation
Great for a intern or first out of college job
Lots of employee morale boosting events
    The company has money
    Dog friendly

    Cons

    Location- traffic!
Upper Management caters to their own- 'in crowd' is equal to bullies
Human Resources clearly has a misunderstanding of their title's definition
    Turnover rate is beyond horrible
    Management's pride-havoc

    Advice to Management

Consider this- How many employees have you lost since hiring certain persons in management?

*Losing 20 indians to save a chief is more so a reflection on the chief, not the indians.

The company is great to work for, if only management were more in tune, educated, and well rounded
