Advice to Management

Try appreciate and balance out what employers did. After all it's the artists that actually did the works.

I have been working at Mr X full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have some very talented people. Some really smart artists there that are passionate about doing good work. And on the reel it shows.
Overtime starts at 44hr, and outside of a few artists that get slammed (usually leads) a workweek is mostly below 50hr. So that's pretty good compared to other studios 80-90.
Very stable and has lots of jobs coming in all the time.

    Cons

It would be nice if they had some larger 'hollywood' shows.
Switching tasks and jumping between multiple shows can be hard on the artists at times.
I would like to have more training time to learn new software.

    Pros

    +Talent
    +Fun
    +Learning curve

Other than that, its pretty much the same with other studios, they also have extra co curricular activities to keep the employee sharp.

    Cons

    -Management
Work, life balance, they dont do much of overtime but still 44hrs per week isn't easy. management needs better pipeline and strategy towards their employees.
