    Negative Outlook

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market for more than 2 years

    Pros

I loved working there when it was a family run business

    Cons

When the company was brought it went though a lot of changes and I found it difficult to communicate with the managers. Nothing I did ended up being right, even when I did exactly as asked and it was incredibly aggravating.

    Advice to Management

try to be easier to approach and less critical more constructive.

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

I was in high school so they were extremely flexible with my schedule and easy to work with when it came to school work/school events.

    Cons

Now having an adult job I see that there really can be a lot wrong with a job. But Mrs. Greens really didn’t have any cons. I was happy there- granted I was working part time.
