    Pros

The people at Munich RE America were always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand when needed. The work environment was great.

    Cons

Munich RE America was a great place to work. The worst part about it was the location. Princeton is not an extremely interesting place to live for a young professional. There is no nightlife.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a good job. Keep it up. The only thing I can say is to promote more innovation within and to provide a better structure for employees to share ideas.

    Pros

Tremendous respect for personal growth, family balance, personal health. Promotes this mentality.

    Cons

Corporate bottlenecking. Too concerned with political correctness and maintaining friendships that the ultimate goal is sometimes lost.

    Advice to Management

As long as you communicate your goals effectively and honestly nobody in the organization will be surprised with any changes that are executed.
