    Pros

Amazing employees that care about clients and each other. Management gives clear expectations and trusts your way of working. They also provide many opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    Cons

Fast paced which sometimes would mean long hours and late nights in order to stay on track

    Pros

There are free snacks and a cool office.

    Cons

In general, this is a very young company which lacks structure or experience, especially amongst the "managerial" figureheads. Everyone has too big of an ego to admit they don't know the heck they're doing and they wont relinquish power so you have a horrible cycle of mismanagement and unworthy promotions. Oh, also it's a huge boy's club so don't expect to get much traction if you're a woman. Amongst the creative team, there are some really talented workers who are sadly being led by incompetent people with no real executive experience. Clients wont be told "no", large amounts of assets are given out for very cheap, and you are expected to work extra hours so your bosses don't look bad for the client. It's exhausting. There's also virtually no room for growth (see above: lack of real structure or management).
