Pros
When i was working at N-iX the atmosphere inside the company was very friendly and respectful. I have came the as a junior/student in a lack of experience and left it as a senior and mature engineer who has been offered a position by the biggest mobile company in the world.
Cons
Unclear management strategy and strange decisions. No perks and bonuses. No social security like maternity leave, ill days (only 10 payed days per year), pension guaranties. Almost all employees are hired as "contractors" (private entrepreneurs).
