      Many promises are not kept. Salary is low and no possibility for rises. Managers only care about profits.

      HHRR are very nice & supportive.. which is the only thing worth at the company

      Cons

      Management is crazy and has lost direction. Delivery is pretty bad; different teams cannibalise to get projects. I had never seen something like that... I don't recommend it. If sales fail to get new projects, you'll be fired next month. No bench at all.
