I have been working at NASA full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Its a nice place to work.a good atmosphere and nice for genius person. In one word i could say its spectacular. I think one who is very genius will always see success and there's no looking back.
If a person is enough capable to do a job in NASA he/she will never face problem or suffocation by working there in US.

Cons

nothing so.i don't think so that there is a downside in NASA. there is only success and only success. No one would say to you and the elders are also good with you.

Advice to Management

Management is good all the people respect the work of others even if its not so much satisfactory
and no one would say about your country or religion.Everyone would respect your work in spite of your caste or religion.[IF ANY]

I have been working at NASA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Get to work with amazing new minds on fantastic new projects. Some of the most satisfying work than anything I could think of.

    Cons

The contractor-civil servant relationship is really unattractive; as a civil servant I was often looked down upon as "lazy." Lots of organizational constraints.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to mix things up and shake a few cages.
