Pros

If you go in at a more senior level, it's quite easy to advance. However, if you're at a more junior level there is little room for upward mobility since it is such a large company.

Cons

You feel like just a number and a cog in the wheel.

Advice to Management

Management caters to the higher ups and constantly looks over those with lesser titles who are instrumental to operations.

    Pros

Friendly staff with no negative attitudes. Very helpful when training me for the position. Get bagels on Thursdays with delicious cream cheese.

    Cons

Usually very quiet around the office because everyone is hard at work-I expected it to be a little bit more lively and the ambiance of the office would be nicer if it facilitated a more creative vibe.

    Advice to Management

The offices should be more integrated with a constant flow of communication between departments. It doesn't matter if one department doesn't directly affect the other. It would create a better sense of team work and a livelier corporate culture if there was more face-to-face communication.

  2. "A great place to work. Access to all businesses within the company."

    Pros

Comcast is honoring GE's full education reimbursement program for current enrollees.

    Cons

Corporate to Business communication is much more cilo-ed than it used to be.

    Advice to Management

Reputation goes a long way. Self-assessments live on.
