I have been working at NBCUniversal as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

Great company culture, innovative management who try to actively make NBCU the place to build a career, not just have a job. Great benefits.

Cons

As with most media companies, the compensation leaves something to be desired. There are a few layers of bureaucracy, but for the most part it's a great place to be.

Advice to Management

Keep moving forward
