Approves of CEO

I have been working at NBCUniversal (More than a year)

Pros

Great opportunities to move around within the company

Cons

HR is NOT organized at all. Poor communication with employees.

Advice to Management

Communication is KEY. Talk to your direct reports. One instance of insecurity about their job (in my instance, a few executives leaving the company) could be eliminated if you talk to them. The job market can be tough and it could give them one less thing to worry about!

I have been working at NBCUniversal full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Diverse, friendly co-workers. Interesting place to work.

    Cons

Company is still settling in from Comcast takeover. Still feels unsettled and insecure to those in management positions two years after company changeover.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great business investment decisions but soften up on the employee directives on use of space and office resources.
