    Cons

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great people. NBC hires very well.
They also train up well, grooming people for the next level.

    Cons

They are beholden to their stock holders, which means some decisions may not make sense from a productivity, staffing or best practice standpoint, but it squeezes out a little more money and so gets done.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring well, keep training well. Listen to your employees.
