sales support overwhelmed, therefore there is turnover and everyone is stretched to cover for others

Advice to Management

certain divisions need to treat employees like adults. be supportive and provide an inspiring atmosphere where work should be challenging but the challenge should be fun

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - Big company but everything is efficient.
    - Decent benefits and numerous company events
    - Manageable hours
    - Working in a building with so much great history

    Cons

    - Only hire from within, very ego driven individuals. Not always the most talented people have positions. It's more about who you know rather then your skill - but I guess it's to be expected.
    - Not much movement or ways to go up the ranks.

    Advice to Management
