    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The hours are flexible and the atmosphere is laid-back. You meet some genuine people, and some I still consider friends.

    Cons

Favoritism is out of control especially at the corporate level. Monetary compensation is based on who you know, not on the quality of your work. There is no formal mentorship and there is a huge lack of communication amongst employees and their supervisors. There is no "team" environment nor team building. Lack of motivation/incentives from managers. Benefits are over-priced.

    Advice to Management

Charles should try to listen to the true workers of the company. He relies too much on his managers to keep the company running, but he doesn't realize that some of his "managers" cover-up the ugly truths about their departments. A happy employee = a good worker = a succesful company.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Extremely lax hours. Never a weekend worked nor an undesired late shift toiled.
Wide open schedule for self study and collaboration. Potential for self-study on the job.
Very little pressure to deliver anything whatsoever.
    Good benefits, compensation plans, etc.
Practically impossible company to be fired from.

    Cons

A professional mecca for anybody who believes technology is something you learn once, then spend the remainder of your career repeating.
The company is a head shop with one reliable client, Uncle Sam. The government is the lifeline of NCI, and cutbacks would spell quick demise.
    Terrible wages.
Management has no clue about, nor concern with staff so long as the head count is filled.

    Advice to Management

Keep riding the wave of success skimmed off the wages of talent you've successfully dispatched to work on government projects. Order the lobster and champagne while times are good.
