    Pros

NCR has a good work life balance
    NCR is good for females
Door to door cab service is one more plus to join this company

    Cons

NCR is not good for learning in the initial phase. Freshers need to struggle, to learn and grow.
Competent people are not valued as per their performance. They feel demotivated.

    Advice to Management

Competent employees should be given opportunities and rewards, so that they get motivated to continue.

I worked at NCR full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I had a fun team of people to work with. not everyone is so lucky.

    Cons

This is a butt-in-the-seat company. They are very rigid about being there exactly @ 8 and I got flack whenever I left my chair for more than a few minutes, be it for the bathroom or lunch.
VERY little opportunity for growth. I worked at the company for 5+ years and excelled at my job. I was passed over several times for promotions, which were given to outside people hired in by NCR.
Sales Quotas were unrealistically high and almost unachieveable after 2008 when the company transferred.
After the transfer from Ohio my division was ran by several people with only their own interests being served. The corporate environment completely soured after that move.
Pay was very unfair and low. Money was actually taken back from employees that they had already earned it.

    Advice to Management

get new management and refocus on growing the business.
