I worked at NCR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good Benefits and Company provides a lot of resources for employee development. They have their own NCR University which is free for all employees.

    Cons

Their pay rate is usually a little than industry standard for the job. They expect their employees to put in a lot of hours at work sometimes overtime is mandatory to get the job done (They pay overtime pay) You would really have to give up your social life for your job.
