I have been working at NCR full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

We do have a lot of work. Job security.

    Cons

The more you do the more advantage they take of you.
Salary is poor considering all we do.
    Non existent upper management.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your what we have to say instead of just hearing us. A couple of years ago they cleaned house of a lot of good managers and kept all the "yes" people. Very bad move!

    Pros

    Company truck, phone & laptop.

    Cons

No advancement. Low pay. Constant shift changes. Forced to take code of conduct and ethics course... or else. Keep moving cost of business to employees.

    Advice to Management

If you want us to be ethical, try being ethical. If a customer pays for service, provide that service.
