Pros

Health coverage exists. There are lots of opportunities to be exposed to lots of different situations and experiences. Boost your resume by racking up some years of service. PTO is good. Also paid sick time exists for yourself as well as your family.

Cons

Healthcare coverage is minimal. Not a whole lot of room for moving up / advancing career.
