not so stressed. work life balanced well.
staff benefits is ok
quite a number of training opportunities, can choose from many courses

Cons

well performed staff not rewarded good enough, payoff doesn't match their contribution to the company.
your age and years of experience is more important than your abilities.

Advice to Management

Give better compensation to staff, reward and retain the good ones

    Convert those who's been working long to perm, instead of them waiting like dogs.

    Pros

    deal with a lot of new technology
    fun and good colleagues who work as a team in most of the time

    Cons

    package is not competitive as performance review is not 360 degree where subordinates can review about their boss also.

    Advice to Management

    clean the slackers and reduce the fats?dont be too lenient to the under performers as it is not fair to the one who works hard just for the slacks.
