Pros

Good for students/part-time, can work few hours and there is some flexibility/shift trading. Environment pretty chill and friendly generally.

Cons

New system is awful, difficult to use and has less functionality than previous. Your targets/goals are quite micromanaged and feel quite arbitrary and totally inconsistent as can be very achievable or completely unrealistic from day to day depending on stock/situation. Management will be equally displeased if you fail to meet a target either way, no matter if the circumstances made it unrealistic. Also, some aspects of job/expectations were poorly communicated to new employees. Pay feels slightly inadequate for the expectations, especially for younger people in lower pay grades.
