Pros

I joined the NFL a few months ago, and am very happy with that decision. I was welcomed warmly across the board, from my boss and department colleagues, other divisions of the organization, admin and support staff, and pretty much just about everyone I met. Benefits and office setup went smoothly. So far, the work is interesting and complex. My colleagues have been collaborative, and my own experience is that we are respectfully asked to stretch our minds and challenge our own assumptions. I like that. Finally, in my experience my personal space and time is respected, and time with loved ones is encouraged. I really appreciate the folks I am working with, and I happen to love football so have to admit it’s pretty nice to be working here.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con - but I do believe success here requires being self motivated, and a willingness to be challenged to bring your best. That experience for me has been positive so far.
