Pros
- Relatively Easy job in the day to day - Flexible in terms of what part of catering you want to do - Being Bank means I can pick my own hours
Cons
- Infrequency of bank shifts - sometimes there are loads which is great but can often mean you are understaffed if you pick up one of these shifts Then sometimes there are none so you would struggle to work, The NHS in general seems to struggle in maintaing an optimum level of staff and always is understaffed or overstaffed
