    Pros

    Multi-national company with multi-national customers, lots of international business trips
    Very interesting fields of business (financial institutions, governments, transport companies)
    In some segments you work with state of the art equipment and software, and you work closely with real experts in their field, which is many times highly educating

    Cons

    Non-productive CRM system which does not really follow the natural normal business processes, therefore you have to add many sideletters in the form of excel sheets to provide management information, CRM system is close to obsolete and time consuming.
    Poor integration of acquired companies, poor evaluation after integrating the business processes
    Management thrives on incorrect business data acquired from the old fashioned CRM, poor follow up , nor correction of errors in CRM or standard operational procedures
    Promisses made by management are hardly kept
    High turnover and high rate in changes of higher management, hardly perceivable nor comprehendable by the lower ranks

    Advice to Management

    Over 50 percent of the higher management is Israeli and has done military services, many times in higher ranks, so I would expect some military efficiency. Especially where it concerns error correction in the documented business processes. And please pay a little bit more respect to your customers and change the 'customer first' motto from just window dressing to something real, they do pay the bills which also will affect your company stock value more effectively. Please do upgrade SIMS to the same state of the art as the company products. CEO's should not run restaurants as a hobby besides running a company like NICE, and cross pollination should certainly not be effectuated.

    Pros

    Reasonable everyday management on low level
    Good information policy: if you want to know something about Company or people, you can find info with no problem
    HR people are surprisingly good

    Cons

    No perspectives - the only way to increase your salary or responsibility level is to leave the company
    A bit bureaucratic
    Chaotic workflows, medium and high management tend to micromanage

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating people as mere resources or treat them like teenagers. "Butts in seats" is not equal to "Job done:.
