Pros

Employee Purchase. Its amazing just dont over-do it.
Good environment to work in, everyone is pretty chill. Dont think that means your not gonna work though.
For entry level work the pay is pretty decent.

Cons

Employee Purchase. Its a blessing and a curse.. I over did it
Depending on how big your store is it can be hard to stand out.
Depending on your store your hours may not be great. Starting out i had a couple 9 hour weeks.

I worked at NIKE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's Nike. Best culture of any company....ever.

    Cons

The company is too big and is best suited to be broken into smaler units. Also, you cannot claim ownership of ANYTHING! Get used to that, or go somewhere else. and 80/20 rule applies - 20% of the people make 80% of the $. It's impossible to find your way in this company unless another Sr. employee looks out for you.
