    Pros

Well respected with a bright future. A lot of great technology that will open doors to further growth. They have a tenure average in the ball park of 15-20 years.

    Cons

Slow pace when it comes to progressing with changing times. Lack in young talent and significant new capacity coming on in the industry this will present challenges
