I do want to address your specific comment about our veteran community. NPower is experience a stage of tremendous growth. And growth and change can feel uncomfortable. Through it all, we remain committed to changing the life trajectory for military veterans, their spouses and young adults from vulnerable communities. I am proud of our programs around the country and the hard-working teams that passionately support our students. By the end of this year we will have placed close to 3,000 young adults and veterans into career-track jobs that enable them to support themselves, their families and their communities. Our work is making a real difference! We have much more work to do and will continue to evolve our program to meet the needs of those we serve.
