Unless you're a 22 year old sales person, forget it. - Executive NRC Health Employee Review

Pros

There are some exceptionally talented people at NRC, and the work can be rewarding depending on what team/area you're in.

Cons

There's no clear vision nor the means to achieve that vision in terms of resources, training, and support. The only thing Mike Hays cares about is earning money for himself. Don't get me wrong - he's exceptionally good at it, but if you have any notion that his interest in or loyalty to you extends beyond your capacity to make him richer, you're mistaken. He hires yes-men (and a few yes-women) who have no ethical qualms about treating others like garbage and settling old scores once they are put into power. Several of these "leaders" would be working at gas stations or grocery stores if they hadn't lucked into Mike Hays' good graces 20 years ago. There's a history of promoting people who don't deserve it and in fact don't know the first thing about the business or the way to truly develop associates.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any except working remote.

Cons

Everything. The atmosphere, the lack of training, turnover and overall the company is shady.
