    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at NRG Energy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company pays well. NRG is a nimble company that tries to maximize shareholder value. Opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

Maximizing shareholder value means more work with fewer people. It can be more of a challenge than people can handle at times.

    Advice to Management

Don't take on new small initiatives at once; work out the ROI before we start on it. There have been many failed (small) ventures that have spent time/resources.
