    401K contribution and bonus is good.

    Cons

    Too much politics, most managers lack leadership skill, career advancement depends on your relationship with Manager and there is not formal career growth plan.

    Management needs to practice what it preaches as core values of the company.

    Pros

    Great people to work with especially in Reliant part of the business

    Cons

    They keep acquiring other companies but do nothing to consolidate and streamline process. At some point they will collapse.

    Advice to Management

    From the CEO down, consider the fact that your employees and their experience is the biggest asset you have.
