I worked at NSF International for less than a year

    Pros

Flex time was really nice, especially with having to balance coursework - overall great work/life balance The team I worked in is comprised of great people and everyone gets along well Good company values/culture

    Cons

Sometimes the office could be bare, with a lot of people working remotely/traveling, but this was more of a con since I was an intern and new to the team

I have been working at NSF International full-time

    Pros

Decent food at good prices. Some amazing employees.

    Cons

If you work in any of the lower echelon labs, you are disposable. Your health, including mental, is of no importance. Management will gladly show that by having group leads verbally assault you in front of coworkers during meetings, then refuse to do anything about it. Some of the new group leads have brought some hope back to the company.
