Pros
-Good office interiors and location in Santa Clara. - If you are working for Chinese market, it is a decent place to work. There is low competition due to preference for Chinese technology by major buyers (either government or govt funded enterprises)
Cons
- Being a subsidiary of Chinese security company, it will be a challenge to sell any product in US or EMEA market irrespective of how good the product maybe. - Most of development is done in China, so language can be an issue. - US office is full of directionless, egoistic leaders who cannot craft their own unique vision for the company. The COO is a a suave salesman - he will sell you a great vision for your career. But it may never materialize.
