Pros
Pros- only when you get into the good books of the Japanese management.
Cons
senior staff will not teach but reprimand when things go wrong and take credits when things are "correct" For newbies- Never expect any one to teach you any thing. Some senior staff are promoted because they are Long enough to get promotion and not because they are capable - in short they are just empty shell. Too political environment. Will not give any star for this review
